The 7 AM start is the useful hour
This store opens at 7:00 AM, earlier than any other Purcell location in Arkansas.
For an operation that starts at first light, that hour is worth using deliberately. A unit that limped in overnight, a machine somebody wants looked at before it goes to a field, a tire that was marginal yesterday: all of those are better dealt with at seven than queued behind the day.
It also changes what an overnight call can achieve. A unit recovered at two in the morning can be in the shop five hours later rather than waiting for a mid-morning opening, which on a day that matters is the difference between losing a morning and losing a day.
Equipment on public roads
For part of the year the units stopped on the shoulder here are tractors, sprayers, grain carts and implements moving between fields, not trucks.
Those are a different call. The unit may be slow to move or impossible to move, the road may be narrow, and the tire may be a size nobody keeps many of. Say which it is when you call, because it changes what gets sent.
The way to shorten all of that is a conversation before the season rather than during it: which machines you run, which sizes you cannot do without, and when your pressure weeks fall.
What is covered
Commercial units and equipment. Jonesboro carries all nine Purcell tire categories, including agricultural, OTR and tracks.
The national roadside assistance page lists what any call needs. Authorization and billing are settled in advance on a fleet account.
