Utah carries eight Purcell listings, and this is the one that supplies the rest. A size held here is a size the Utah stores can get hold of quickly rather than ordering in from out of state, which matters most for the categories nobody stocks deeply: large OTR sizes, industrial tires for specific machines, and tracks.

• The tire size exactly as it reads on the sidewall.
• The quantity, and when you need it.
• The machine or vehicle it is going on, which often catches a size that will not fit before anything moves.
• Whether the tires need fitting, in which case the call belongs with a service store.

Distribution work rewards notice. A fleet replacing tires across several units, a site re-shoeing a machine, or a seasonal change that comes round at the same time each year are all easier to supply when the store knows in advance.

Flag anything on a fixed date where a substitution would not be acceptable, and anything for equipment newly arrived in the fleet, so the sizes it needs are known before the first failure rather than after.
