Say what is in the trailer
A great deal of what moves out of Yuma is produce, and a stopped produce load is a different call from a stopped load of pipe. The tire problem may be identical. What is at stake is not.
A refrigerated trailer carrying fresh product is working against a clock from the moment it stops, and the clock is set by the cargo and the reefer, not by the tire. The most useful thing a driver can add to a roadside call, after the location and the tire size, is a plain description of the load.
Perishable or not. Say so in the first sentence. It changes how the call is prioritized on your side and how the job is planned on ours.
Reefer running or not. A reefer unit that is running and fueled buys time. One that is low on fuel or showing a fault is a second problem, and the people managing the load need to know about it alongside the tire.
Delivery window. If the load is due at a receiver at a fixed time, say when. Dispatch can then decide early whether to warn the receiver rather than finding out at the dock.
None of this replaces the basics. It sits on top of them, and it takes ten seconds.
The basics, every time
Where the unit is, with the road and the nearest exit or mile marker. The tire size from the sidewall and the position: steer, drive or trailer, and inner or outer if it is a dual. Whether the unit is somewhere safe. A number that stays reachable.
The national roadside assistance page covers what any call needs. Authorization is quicker when it is settled in advance on a fleet account, and a unit recovered here can go straight onto heavy-duty truck alignment or other work at the same store.

Casa Grande is the nearest other Purcell roadside location, at the I-8 and I-10 junction. Phoenix also runs it.
