Say which side of the road you are on
A unit stopped on an interstate is a different job from one stopped on a surface street, and the detail that decides it is which side of the road the failure is on.
A tire on the shoulder side can usually be worked on with the service vehicle between the traffic and the technician. A tire on the traffic side cannot, and that changes everything about how the job is approached and how long it takes.
Nobody asks drivers to assess that, and most do not think to mention it. Saying it unprompted, along with whether there is a usable shoulder at all, is the single most useful thing you can add to a call from a busy road.
The rest of the location detail
A road name is rarely enough in a metropolitan area, because the same road runs for miles. What narrows it down is direction of travel plus the last exit passed or the nearest cross street.
The national roadside assistance page lists what any call needs beyond that.
What is covered
Commercial units: tractors, trailers, straight trucks and equipment. Mabelvale carries all nine Purcell tire categories.
The store is open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Roadside assistance covers commercial units outside those hours, and authorization is settled in advance on a fleet account.
The unit that stops twice
A unit that needed a roadside call twice in a season is worth looking at rather than rescuing twice.
Mabelvale runs seventeen services, so the follow-up happens at the same address: alignment if the wear pattern says so, suspension if something is moving, or a specification conversation if the same position keeps going.
About this store
