A central distribution center up the road
Most of the value in a fleet account is decided before anything fails: which tires each unit runs, which sizes would stop work if they were not available, and how quickly the store can lay hands on them.
Viburnum has an unusual neighbor for that question. Purcell's Central Distribution and Fleet Support Center is in Mineral Point, Missouri, and it holds all nine Purcell tire categories. The Viburnum store carries all nine categories too.
What that means for an account is worth asking about rather than assuming. Three questions make the first conversation useful.
Which of our sizes are usually on the shelf here? The answer separates the sizes you can expect from the ones that need ordering.
Which ones come from the distribution center, and how is that arranged? Knowing the route a tire takes tells you how far ahead to plan.
Which sizes would stop our work if we waited for them? Those are the ones to agree in advance, so the store knows to expect the need.
The 3:30 PM close
The store keeps hours that match the shifts around it, opening at 7:00 AM and closing at 3:30 PM. Build the account around that: drop-offs at the start of the day, pickups before 3:30 PM, and roadside assistance agreed in advance for anything that stops after hours.
What else gets agreed
Specifications by position and machine, terms and authorization settled once, scheduled work rather than reactive work, and records by unit. OTR services, wheel refurbishing, balancing and retreading all sit behind it.
General vehicle repair is not offered here. De Soto and Washington are the nearest fleet stores that add it.
