This store aligns the tractor, not the trailer
Worth being clear about up front, because it changes how to plan a visit.
Pahrump offers heavy-duty truck alignment. It does not offer trailer alignment. In Nevada, that is at Reno, Fernley and North Las Vegas.
For a combination that is tracking badly, that split matters. Measuring the tractor tells you whether the tractor is correct, and if it is, the remaining candidate is the trailer and that question is unanswered until somebody measures it.
The useful approach therefore depends on what you are trying to do.
If the tractor's own steer tires are wearing, this store can measure and correct that, and it is the right place to start.
If a combination tracks crooked and the tractor measures correctly, you have narrowed it to the trailer, and the trailer needs to go to a store that measures them.
If the fleet swaps trailers around, be aware that one crooked trailer wears whatever pulls it, which means a tractor can measure perfectly and still eat drive tires. That is worth knowing before concluding the tractor is the problem.
What gets measured here
Steer axle angles, drive axle alignment, and the relationship between them. Where the readings point at a worn or bent component rather than an adjustment, you get told.
Ask for before and after figures, which is also what lets you rule the tractor out credibly when you come to look at the trailers.
The national heavy-duty truck alignment page covers the symptoms and what a correction protects.
