Decide what happens where, and write it down
Springdale runs eighteen services, the longest list in Arkansas, and it is the only location in the state offering mobile service. Which means an account here has a choice most accounts do not: whether a given piece of work happens at your yard or at the store.
Making that choice deliberately is worth more than simply having it available.
Suited to the yard: anything repeated across several units. Scheduled tire changes, pressure rounds, inspections, casing collection for retreading. The gain is the vehicle movement you avoid, which is usually larger than the work itself.
Suited to the store: anything needing the shop. Alignment on tractors and trailers, wheel refurbishing, vehicle repair and diagnosis.
Either, depending on you: single-unit tire work, which is often quicker brought in unless the yard visit is happening anyway.
Set that split out when the account starts, so nobody is deciding it case by case under time pressure.
What gets agreed
Specifications by position and vehicle type. A schedule built around your operating pattern. Terms and authorization settled once, which determines the speed of a roadside call. Records, so cost per unit exists as a figure.
The account can also cover mining fleet services, one of three Arkansas stores running it, alongside OTR services for equipment.
The light vehicles belong on it
A distribution operation has vans, pickups and cars attached to it that rarely appear in the tire budget. Eighteen services covers them, which means one account rather than a commercial relationship plus a series of unconnected retail visits.
What to bring
The unit list by type with sizes and positions, light vehicles included. Your operating pattern and when units are actually available. What has been failing. Who authorizes work, and how you want it billed and reported.
