Saturday is a sixth day, and small fleets need it most
A business with three or four vehicles has a problem a large fleet does not: there is no spare. Every vehicle is in use, and taking one out of service during the week means somebody does not work that day.
That is why a Saturday matters disproportionately to a small operation, and why it is worth planning around rather than treating as a convenience.
On an account, that becomes concrete. Scheduled work gets booked into Saturday slots, agreed in advance, so maintenance happens without costing a working day. For a fleet of a few vehicles, cycling them through Saturdays over a few months gets the whole fleet maintained without any of it coming out of the week.
Saturdays are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and they fill, so the booking has to be real rather than intended.
What this store covers
Thirteen services: tires in all nine categories, heavy-duty truck alignment, car and light truck alignment, balancing, retreading, roadside assistance and the full vehicle repair list.
What is not here: OTR services, trailer alignment, wheel refurbishing, mobile service and mining programs. Reno offers all five, and North Las Vegas covers several.
For a mixed fleet that split is worth settling at setup rather than discovering. A fleet with trailers, in particular, needs to know where trailer alignment is going to happen.
What gets agreed
Specifications by position and vehicle type. A schedule built around your Saturdays and your quiet days. Terms and authorization settled once. Records, so cost per unit exists as a figure.
What to bring
The unit list with sizes and positions. Which vehicles you cannot take out during the week. What has been failing. Who authorizes work, and how you want it billed.
