A visit is only as good as the yard it arrives at
Most of what decides whether a mobile visit gets through its list happens before the service vehicle leaves the store. A technician who arrives to find units scattered, keys missing and nowhere safe to work spends the visit solving logistics instead of changing tires.
A short checklist on your side makes the difference:
A safe place to work. Level, firm ground with room around each unit and away from moving traffic. A yard that is busy with other vehicles during the visit slows everything down.
The units together. Parked where the service vehicle can reach them, in the order you want them done, rather than spread across the site.
Keys and access. Anything that needs moving has a key on hand, and gates, site passes or induction are arranged in advance.
One person with authority. Somebody on site who can approve a replacement tire or an extra unit added to the list. A visit that stops to wait for a phone call loses time for everyone.
The list in writing. Which units, which positions, what you want done. Changes on the day are fine, as long as somebody can make them.
None of that costs anything, and it is the main reason one fleet's visits finish early while another's run over.
What the visit includes
Tire work, largely: fitting, changeovers, inspection, pressures, and casing collection for retreading.
Alignment, wheel refurbishing and state inspections need the shop. A unit that has already stopped is a roadside call.
Other mobile service stores
No other Purcell location in Utah offers mobile service. The nearest others are Reno, NV and Denver, CO.
