One account for the whole fleet, not just the trucks
Most fleets are mixed. Tractors and trailers, yes, but also the pickups the supervisors drive, the service trucks, and at a site, the loaders and haul trucks. A typical arrangement splits them: one supplier for the heavy units, a local garage for the light ones, nobody for the equipment until something fails.
That split has a cost nobody sees on an invoice. Records live in three places, so cost per unit never exists as one figure. Three sets of terms get negotiated. Nobody is looking at the whole fleet's condition at once.
Reno is one of the few Purcell stores where the split is unnecessary. Eighteen services sit at one address: commercial tires and alignment, mining fleet services and OTR work for equipment, mobile service at your yard, and the full car and light truck list from brakes to oil changes. One account can cover all of it.
What gets agreed
Specifications by position and vehicle type, for every class of unit, so the right tire is identifiable without a conversation. A schedule that groups work by location and type. Terms and authorization settled once, which also decides how quickly a roadside call moves. Records by unit, light vehicles included.
The 4:30 PM close
Reno closes earlier than most Purcell stores. For a fleet, that is a scheduling fact to build around: drop-offs early, pickups before 4:30 PM, and planned work moved to your yard through mobile service where the shop hours do not suit.
What to bring
The unit list with sizes and positions, heavy and light. Where the units are based and where they run. What has been failing. Who authorizes work, and how you want it billed.

Fernley runs fleet accounts east on I-80, and for fleets running the length of the state, so does North Las Vegas.
